March 23rd

March 22nd
I'd like to announce the winner of the first AnimeBelle Art Contest! This award goes to Christine Crossley, also known as Spork Ninja. If you want to check out the entries, look in the Art section, then click Galleries. A new gallery has been added solely for contest entries and winners.

Also, the AMVs that Ma Belle and I premiered at Anime Express VIII have been uploaded. You can find them here in the AMVs section! Photos will be coming soon, so y'all come on back now, y'hear?

March 21st
Anime Express VIII has sadly come to a close, but boy was it ever a blast! It was the first time AnimeBelle.com has ever had the opportunity to host a room, and we had a lot of fun with it. We'd like to thank Justin Bennett and everyone else at AE. The staff was very attentive, and took care of any issues quickly and appropriately. We'd also like to thank Orange Anime and Anime Aftermath, our neighbors in the con hall; all of the different clubs got along great this year, completely drama-free!
We also handed out a record number of cards and fans this year. Make sure you run and check out the forums. Also, the photos will be up shortly, so y'all come on back soon now, y'hear?

March 16th
All of the MegaCon photos are finally up! That means we have over 1300 photos from MegaCon, courtesy of Magus! If you're not in our gallery, you must've been hiding. Make sure you go and check them out. Because of the vast number of photos, I simply wasn't able to add captions for them, but please feel free to post identifications and comments. Speaking of cons, Anime Express 8 is coming up in just a couple of days, so make sure you stop by the AnimeBelle Room! We'll be holding fun events, panels, and games, all three days of the convention. So y'all swing by 'n say "hey y'all" now, y'hear?

March 10th
The rest of the MegaCon Cosplay photos have been uploaded! There are some really amazing costumes in there. Also, a new board has been added to the forums... the "Mecha Lounge", found under the Discussion category. Make sure you come and check it out. March 5th
Another group of photos has been uploaded to the MegaCon Cosplay gallery, bringing the count to 199! Why not 200? I like keeping you on your toes. In any case, be sure to go and check them out. It's also worth noting that March 3rd was the AnimeBelle.com Forums' first "birthday"! If you haven't signed up yet, make sure you sign up so you don't miss out on another year of fun. The first 103 photos of MegaCon have been uploaded! While Ma Belle and I were unable to attend, Magus was nice enough to take lots of pictures for us. The first 103 photos are of the costume contest, but several hundred more are to follow, so keep checking back now, y'hear?
