New Article Series, Sushi Spectrum

A new article series has begun in the Japanese Food section, called Sushi Spectrum.  The first article deals with sushi rice, and many more articles will follow.

In other news, I'm very happy with the number of responses the Community Research Poll has gotten in only a day, but I'd like to remind you to please fill it out and also send your friends to fill it out too.  Let your voices be heard!  And lots of new content is coming soon, so y'all come on back now, y'hear?
