Overall, I'm very happy with the new upgrade to the AnimeBelle site. I'm thrilled to finally be working within a Content Management System, rather than editing HTML files. It's no big secret that after six years of running this website, I still had to do all of my updates in Microsoft Frontpage because I have never taken the time to learn much HTML besides a link tag. Working through the Drupal CMS (Content Management System), I can create articles and updates about as easily as making posts on a forum, while new features can be added through the simple installation of pre-made modules, created by an ever-growing Drupal community.
However, I'm still not completely thrilled with the appearance of the new site. Also, all of the criticisms I've gotten about the site have been pretty cosmetic; Ma Belle finds the "Read More" link under article summaries to be difficult to notice, and Ice feels that the overall look of the page is off-centered. Luckily, I've found a theme that I feel helps improve both of these issues.

Acquia Marina appears to be a very flexible, clean, and polished theme. Unfortunately, it's also blue, green, and orange. Traditionally, the colors of AnimeBelle have always been pink and baby blue, so it will take a while to modify the theme to a point I'm happy with. Once the new theme becomes available, I'm hoping to make it the site default very soon!
In the meantime, please keep checking back for more updates, and remember, most sections of the AnimeBelle website allow comments to be posted. If you register, you can post your input on almost any page, including my blog! Hope to hear from you~!
